1. What these terms cover

Dananeh is a Persian-language microlearning app: each "seed" is a five-to-ten-minute learning unit. It is built and operated by BashForward (Groningen, the Netherlands). By installing or using Dananeh you accept these terms. If you do not agree with part of them, do not use the app.

2. Using the app

• Dananeh is free and works without an account. Creating one is optional and nothing is locked behind it.
• If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password safe. One account per person.
• You must be at least 16 years old.

3. Content

• Seeds are written for general learning and cite their sources. They may still contain mistakes, and science moves on. If something looks wrong, use "Report" on the seed's own screen.
• No seed is a substitute for medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Consult a professional for important decisions.
• The app's content — text, images, design and software — belongs to BashForward or its licensors. You may read and learn from it for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution, sale, automated extraction (scraping) or building another product from it requires written permission.
• The reflections and notes you write are yours. We have no access to them and claim no rights over them.

4. Reports you send

When you report a seed you allow us to use the text of your report to correct content. We do not publish reports elsewhere.

5. What is not allowed

• Circumventing limits in the app or backend, accessing other users' data, or placing abnormal load on the service.
• Reverse engineering, or extracting content automatically.
• Using the app in a way that breaks the law where you live.

6. Availability and changes

We try to keep the app available but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the app or its content at any time. If that affects your data, we say so inside the app beforehand.

7. Ending use

• You can delete your account from inside the app at any time (Me → Delete account). Deletion is irreversible.
• We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms and, where the law allows, will tell you why.

8. Liability

Dananeh is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, BashForward is not liable for loss arising from use or unavailability of the app, or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands and the Dutch courts have jurisdiction, except that mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live remain in force.

10. Changes to these terms

If these terms change we update the date at the top and, for material changes, say so in the app. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms.
