سیاست حریم خصوصی
خلاصه‌ی یک‌دقیقه‌ای. دانانه بدون حساب کار می‌کند. چیزی که می‌خوانی و پاسخ‌هایی که می‌دهی روی همین دستگاه می‌ماند؛ فقط اگر خودت حساب بسازی، پیشرفت و مرورهایت به سرور می‌رود تا روی دستگاه دیگری هم داشته باشی‌شان. بازاندیشی‌هایی که می‌نویسی هیچ‌وقت از دستگاهت بیرون نمی‌رود. تبلیغ نداریم، داده نمی‌فروشیم، و حسابت را هر وقت بخواهی از داخل اپ حذف می‌کنی.
۱. چه کسی مسئول داده‌های توست
اپ دانانه را BashForward، ثبت‌شده در خرونینگن، هلند، می‌سازد و اداره می‌کند. در معنای مقررات حفاظت از داده‌ی اتحادیه‌ی اروپا (GDPR)، BashForward «کنترل‌کننده‌ی» داده‌های توست. راه تماس: support@dananeh.app.
۲. چه چیزهایی جمع می‌کنیم و چرا
شناسه‌ی ناشناس
در اولین اجرا، اپ یک شناسه‌ی تصادفی و بی‌نام برایت می‌سازد تا پیشرفتت صاحب داشته باشد. برای این شناسه نه نام می‌خواهیم، نه ایمیل، نه شماره تلفن. تا وقتی حساب نسازی، همین شناسه تنها چیزی است که ما را به «تو» وصل می‌کند.
اگر حساب بسازی
ساختن حساب اختیاری است و هیچ بخشی از اپ پشت آن قفل نیست. اگر حساب بسازی، ایمیل و گذرواژه‌ات را نگه می‌داریم؛ گذرواژه به‌صورت درهم‌سازی‌شده (hash) ذخیره می‌شود و ما به آن دسترسی نداریم. حساب برای این است که پیشرفتت را روی دستگاه دیگری بازیابی کنی و بتوانی همه‌چیز را یک‌جا حذف کنی.
پیشرفت یادگیری
اینکه کدام دانه‌ها را شروع و تمام کرده‌ای، پاسخ‌هایت درست بوده یا نه، مرورهایت و فاصله‌ی مرور بعدی، نشان‌شده‌ها، و تنظیماتت (علاقه‌مندی‌ها، سرعت، زمان روز، یادآورها). این‌ها همیشه روی دستگاهت ذخیره می‌شوند. فقط وقتی حساب داری به سرور هم فرستاده می‌شوند تا بین دستگاه‌هایت همگام بمانند.
بازاندیشی‌ها
متنی که در پایان یک دانه برای خودت می‌نویسی فقط روی همین دستگاه می‌ماند. به سرور فرستاده نمی‌شود، در پشتیبان‌گیری گوگل هم نیست (پشتیبان‌گیری خودکار اندروید برای این اپ خاموش است). اگر اپ را پاک کنی یا دستگاه را عوض کنی، بازاندیشی‌هایت را از دست می‌دهی، مگر اینکه قبلش از «خروجی داده‌ها» استفاده کرده باشی.
رویدادهای استفاده
برای اینکه بفهمیم اپ کجا خوب کار می‌کند و کجا نه، رویدادهای ساده‌ای ثبت می‌کنیم: مثلاً «یک دانه شروع شد»، «یک مرور تمام شد»، «یک دانلود شکست خورد»، همراه با شناسه‌ی دانه، مدت زمان و تعداد. این رویدادها عمداً طوری طراحی شده‌اند که نتوانند داده‌ی شخصی حمل کنند: جست‌وجو فقط به‌صورت طول عبارت و تعداد نتیجه ثبت می‌شود، نه خود واژه‌ها؛ هیچ نام، ایمیل، متن پاسخ یا بازاندیشی‌ای در آن‌ها نیست و اپ رویدادی را که چنین چیزی داشته باشد، نمی‌فرستد. این رویدادها پس از ۳۰ روز حذف می‌شوند.
گزارش خطا
اگر اپ خطا بدهد، پیام خطا، ردپای فنی آن، نسخه‌ی اپ و شناسه‌ی ناشناس تو ثبت می‌شود تا بتوانیم درستش کنیم. این گزارش‌ها پس از ۹۰ روز حذف می‌شوند.
گزارش محتوا
اگر روی یک دانه «گزارش» بزنی، دسته‌ی مشکل (اشتباه علمی، منابع، زبان، نامناسب، فنی)، شناسه‌ی دانه و توضیحی که خودت می‌نویسی (اختیاری، حداکثر ۱۰۰۰ نویسه) به ما می‌رسد. این گزارش‌ها فقط برای اصلاح محتوا استفاده می‌شوند و جای دیگری فرستاده نمی‌شوند.
یادآورها
یادآور مرور، یک اعلان محلی روی دستگاه خودت است؛ سرورِ ما اعلانی نمی‌فرستد. فقط این را ثبت می‌کنیم که اجازه‌ی اعلان داده شده یا نه.
۳. چه چیزهایی جمع نمی‌کنیم
- تبلیغ نداریم و هیچ کتابخانه‌ی تبلیغاتی یا ردیاب شخص ثالثی در اپ نیست.
- موقعیت مکانی، مخاطبین، عکس‌ها و میکروفون را نمی‌خوانیم.
- زبان دستگاهت را نمی‌خوانیم؛ زبان اپ را خودت انتخاب می‌کنی.
- داده‌ات را نمی‌فروشیم و برای تبلیغات پروفایل نمی‌سازیم.
۴. کجا نگه داشته می‌شود
سرور ما روی Google Firebase است و داده‌ها در منطقه‌ی اروپا (europe-west) ذخیره می‌شوند. Google Ireland Limited و Google LLC «پردازشگر» داده به حساب می‌آیند و طبق شرایط پردازش داده‌ی گوگل و بندهای قراردادی استاندارد اتحادیه‌ی اروپا کار می‌کنند. هیچ شخص ثالث دیگری به داده‌ی تو دسترسی ندارد.

۶. مبنای قانونی
- اجرای خدمت (ماده‌ی ۶(۱)(ب) GDPR): شناسه، حساب، پیشرفت و همگام‌سازی.
- منافع مشروع (ماده‌ی ۶(۱)(و)): رویدادهای استفاده و گزارش خطا، برای پایداری اپ و جلوگیری از سوءاستفاده. این رویدادها طوری محدود شده‌اند که اثرشان روی حریم خصوصی تو ناچیز باشد.
- رضایت (ماده‌ی ۶(۱)(الف)): اعلان‌های یادآور، که هر وقت بخواهی در تنظیمات خاموشش می‌کنی.
۷. حق‌های تو
- خروجی داده‌ها: از داخل اپ («من» ← «حذف حساب» ← «خروجی داده‌ها») یک فایل می‌گیری که داده‌ی روی دستگاه و، اگر حساب داری، داده‌ی سرور را دارد.
- حذف: «من» ← «حذف حساب». حساب، پیشرفت همگام‌شده و همه‌ی داده‌ی روی دستگاه پاک می‌شود. برگشت‌پذیر نیست.
- اصلاح، محدودسازی، اعتراض: با ایمیل بالا به ما بگو؛ ظرف یک ماه پاسخ می‌دهیم.
- شکایت: اگر فکر می‌کنی داده‌ات درست پردازش نشده، می‌توانی به نهاد حفاظت از داده‌ی هلند (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) یا نهاد مشابه در کشور خودت شکایت کنی.
۸. کودکان
دانانه برای افراد ۱۶ سال به بالا ساخته شده است و آگاهانه از کودکان زیر ۱۶ سال داده جمع نمی‌کند. اگر فکر می‌کنی چنین داده‌ای به ما رسیده، به ما بگو تا حذفش کنیم.
۹. تغییرات
اگر این سیاست عوض شود، تاریخ بالای صفحه را به‌روز می‌کنیم و برای تغییرهای مهم، داخل اپ خبر می‌دهیم.

Privacy policy
The one-minute version. Dananeh works without an account. What you read and how you answer stays on your device; only if you create an account does your progress sync to our server so you can have it on another device. Reflections you write never leave your device. No ads, no data sales, and you can delete your account from inside the app at any time.
1. Who is responsible
Dananeh is built and operated by BashForward, registered in Groningen, the Netherlands. Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), BashForward is the controller of your data. Contact: support@dananeh.app.
2. What we collect, and why
An anonymous identifier
On first launch the app creates a random identifier so your progress has an owner. It needs no name, email or phone number. Until you create an account, that identifier is the only thing linking us to you.
If you create an account
Accounts are optional and nothing in the app is locked behind one. If you create one we store your email address and password; the password is stored hashed and we cannot read it. The account exists so you can restore progress on another device and delete everything in one place.
Learning progress
Which seeds you started and completed, whether answers were correct, your reviews and their next interval, bookmarks, and your preferences (interests, pace, time of day, reminders). These are always stored on your device. Only when you have an account are they also sent to our server, to stay in sync across your devices.
Reflections
The text you write for yourself at the end of a seed stays on your device only. It is never sent to the server and is excluded from Android cloud backup (auto-backup is off for this app). If you uninstall the app or change phones, reflections are lost unless you exported your data first.
Usage events
To learn where the app works and where it does not, we record simple events: a seed was started, a review was completed, a download failed, with the seed id, a duration and a count. Events are designed so they cannot carry personal data: a search is recorded as the length of the query and the number of results, never the words; no name, email, answer text or reflection is included, and the app refuses to send an event that contains one. Events are deleted after 30 days.
Crash reports
If the app fails, the error message, its technical trace, the app version and your anonymous identifier are recorded so we can fix it. Deleted after 90 days.
Content reports
If you report a seed, we receive the category (factual, sources, language, inappropriate, technical), the seed id and an optional note you write (up to 1,000 characters). Reports are used only to correct content and are not shared.
Reminders
A review reminder is a local notification on your own device; our server sends no notifications. We record only whether notification permission was granted.
3. What we do not collect
- No advertising, and no advertising or tracking SDKs in the app.
- No location, contacts, photos or microphone.
- We do not read your device language; you choose the app language.
- We do not sell data and do not build advertising profiles.
4. Where it is stored
Our backend runs on Google Firebase, with data stored in the EU (europe-west). Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC act as processors under Google's data processing terms and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. No other third party has access to your data.

6. Legal basis
- Performance of the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): identifier, account, progress, sync.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): usage events and crash reports, for stability and abuse prevention, limited so that their effect on your privacy is minimal.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): reminder notifications, which you can switch off in settings at any time.
7. Your rights
- Export: in the app (Me → Delete account → Export data) you get a file with your on-device data and, if you have an account, your server data.
- Deletion: Me → Delete account. Removes the account, synced progress and all on-device data. Irreversible.
- Rectification, restriction, objection: email us; we answer within one month.
- Complaint: with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or the authority in your own country.
8. Children
Dananeh is intended for people aged 16 and over and does not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.
9. Changes
If this policy changes we update the date at the top and, for material changes, say so inside the app.
